
As we head into the new year, the Perceptive Recruiting team is reflecting on all we have accomplished in 2022 and where we will be going in 2023.
This year we brought in several new team members, including a new Technical Recruiter. We have increased our bandwidth to better serve our clients and keep up pace with their growing needs. We are focused on continuing to give our partners the individualized focus that has allowed us to successfully locate the best candidates for the job, both in skill set and cultural compatibility. This increased capacity allows Perceptive to immediately search the job market for your openings, leading to quicker turnaround times, but with the same quality.

As always, we continue to strive for expansion of our knowledge base to better assess the current job market and all the new technologies utilized in modern technical environments.
Each of our recruiters have had additional training on traditional staffing techniques, while leveraging the high caliber, fast paced, and specialized tools of modern recruiting.
